Delete Branch "domdoc-develop"

Fixed Critical HitFX showing for Idle hits
Commented out the HitFX scaling applied to FX buttons. I remember people talking about HitFX sizes being weird, but the code indicates that it was deliberate so I only commented it out and changed it to match official Exceed Gear.
Added HitFX for Holds and Lasers. The laser effects currently use
game.GetLaserColor()
since the textures are white.Added laser tails with placeholder textures taken from LiqidWave
Added an Early/Late display (Implements #25) with options from Exceed Gear
